The Prime Minister inspects the units ready for delivery in the "Latin Quarter" in New Alamein

Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, Prime Minister, and his companions inspected the ready-to-deliver units of the "Latin Quarter" project in New Alamein City, in preparation for starting the procedures for handing them over to those who have reserved them.

During the tour, the Prime Minister listened to an explanation from Eng. Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, about the progress of work on the ready-to-deliver residential units in the project. He also reviewed the level of finishing works, the status of the general site coordination works, and the landscaping and planting works.

The Minister of Housing pointed out that part of the "Latin Quarter" project is located in the coastal area, and another part in the southern area, explaining that the project is built on an area of approximately 400 acres, and is divided into 6 areas consisting of 65 residential complexes, with 207 residential buildings with a total of 10,597 residential units.

Regarding the project's executive position, Al-Sherbiny pointed out that the concrete structure and utility networks have been completed, and the finishing and site coordination works are being completed by more than 70%, noting that the work on the project is being followed up around the clock, as the number of workers has been intensified, and work in shifts, to ensure the speedy completion of the implementation of residential buildings with the highest possible quality.

Engineer Ahmed Ibrahim, Chairman of the New Alamein City Authority, explained that the project contains distinctive green spaces, service areas, and parking lots, noting that work is currently underway to quickly complete the general site coordination works for the project, plan parking spaces, and place signs and guide boards on the site.

Dr. Mostafa Madbouly praised the quality of the executed finishing works and the green spaces in the project, and directed the need to preserve them and continue to pay attention to afforestation works.

At the end of his tour, the Prime Minister directed the speedy completion of the project, the delivery of residential units at the planned times, and adherence to the timetables set in this regard.
