According to Akhbar Al-Youm newspaper, the Administrative Capital for Urban Development Company has obligated real estate companies and developers working on the project to contract with a consulting office classified as a “house of expertise”, according to the standards and classification of the Engineers Syndicate, in the projects of towers with a height of more than 60 meters.
According to the circular sent by the Capital Company for Companies, it stipulated, with regard to the lands that were allocated in the areas of Down Town and MU07, that towers will be built with a height of more than 60 meters, that the office have experience and previous work in erecting at least 15 towers, or that the project be established in partnership With a foreign consultant office that also has experience and previous business in establishing at least 15 towers.
