City Edge Real Estate Development Company has launched the “Beachfront Towers” project in New Alamein City on an area of 42 thousand square meters, and includes 4 international towers with residential activity, and the base floors of the towers (podium) with mixed-use activity, provided that tower units from the four towers will be offered for sale starting from 6 June with payment offers up to 10 years.

The Beachfront Towers project is located in New Alamein City. The project includes 4 residential towers of different heights (ranging between 27 and 35 floors) with a total number of 848 residential units with areas ranging from 120-680 square meters.
