Dr. Assem Al-Gazzar, Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, accompanied by officials from the Ministry and the New Urban Communities Authority, inspected the finishing work on the towers in the beach area of New Alamein City, which includes 15 towers that have been completed and interior finishing work is being carried out on them.

The Minister of Housing also inspected the implementation of 8 other towers. The beach area also includes the walkway overlooking the lake located in front of the towers, in addition to the entertainment area, which is in the middle of the beach towers area, overlooking the sea directly, and includes a number of shops, which have been operated.

The Minister and his companions also toured the “Mazarine” Compound in New El Alamein City, to determine the completion rates of the project, which is being implemented on an area of 707 acres, on the southern shore of El Alamein Lakes, overlooking the beach towers, and includes a number of models of villas, chalets, and buildings, with a total of 7,498 units. Directed by the necessity of daily monitoring of work progress, compressing implementation rates, and adhering to the highest quality standards in implementing finishing works.
