Emaar Misr achieves EGP 7.6 billion net profit during the first half

Emaar Misr for Development's profits increased by 119.5% during the first half of this year.

It explained in a statement to the Stock Exchange today that it achieved a net profit of EGP 7.64 billion during the first half of this year, compared to profits of EGP 3.48 billion in the comparative period last year.

Revenues declined to EGP 5.6 billion, compared to revenues of EGP 5.69 billion in the comparative period.

As for the independent statements, profits rose to EGP 7.5 billion, compared to EGP 3.48 billion in the corresponding period last year.

Emaar Misr for Development had previously recorded a net profit of EGP 5.732 billion during the period from January to the end of March, compared to profits of EGP 2.226 billion in the comparative period of 2023.

Revenues declined to EGP 1.576 billion, compared to revenues of EGP 1.863 billion in the comparative period of 2023
