Ebny Development Company has launched the real estate project “Waves Complex” in the New Nozha area, with a sales value of 7 billion pounds for the project, and reservations have been opened for the first phase, commercial, administrative and medical units.

This project comes within a package of investments that the company intends to launch in the real estate market this year with a number of diverse projects in the real estate sector, with an investment volume equivalent to 10 billion pounds, with the diversification of its real estate product from residential, commercial, medical, and hotel products to entertainment as well, according to Dr. Abdullah Kamel, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ebny Real Estate Development Company. .

He pointed out that the size of the project’s investments amounted to 5 billion pounds, and the project covers an area of 105,000 square meters and is a commercial, administrative and medical project.
