Within the framework of the strategic plan of “La Verde Real Estate Development Company,” the Chairman of the Board of Directors assigned Sameh Omar to head the company’s commercial sector, due to the success of the company’s marketing sector in achieving the sales targets set by the Board of Directors.

Ibrahim Lashin, Chairman of the Company’s Board of Directors, expressed his happiness with Sameh Omar taking over the commercial sector, stressing that the Marketing Sector, headed by Sameh Omar, played a pivotal role in increasing the company’s sales in its various projects in the New Administrative Capital due to the great experience possessed by the sector, as well as the continuous study of the market situation. Firstly, knowing the needs of clients and working to meet their investment desires.

For his part, Sameh Omar expressed his happiness at being assigned to the commercial sector, thanking the company’s management, pointing out that this assignment is a culmination of the efforts of the company’s marketing sector, which includes distinguished cadres.

Omar said that “La Verde” company has a long history in the field of real estate development, adding that the company is developing two projects in the New Administrative Capital: “La Verde Cassette” and “La Verde New Capital.”

He added: The company is studying the investment opportunities available in attractive investment areas that meet customers’ needs within the framework of the company’s expansion plan, as the “La Verde New Capital” project is being built on an area of 35 acres and contains a commercial mall, residential buildings, and villas.

He explained that the project is located in the R8 residential district on the front of the Green River and the main streets, making the location the first thing that distinguishes the project, in addition to its proximity to People’s Square, the Misr Mosque, and the smart transportation network in the Administrative Capital, such as the monorail.
