Dr. Assem Al-Gazzar, Minister of Housing issued

Two decisions to remove building violations for plots of land within the boundaries of two development agencies (Sector 1 of the Northwestern Coast - New Beni Suef City).

The Minister of Housing stressed the necessity of preventing violations in all their forms, and taking the necessary measures against violators, with the aim of eliminating random phenomena in new cities, and there are instructions to do so for the heads of city agencies.

The first decision stipulated that the construction violations occurring on a plot of land in a tourist village in the first sector on the northwest coast, which were the construction of foundations, ground floor columns, and carpentry works, which were erected without obtaining the necessary building permits, would be removed through administrative methods.

The second decision also stipulated that the construction violations occurring in a residential plot of land in the sixth residential district, “Build Your Home 1” in the new city of Beni Suef, in the form of pouring columns in the side and rear walls of the building, in violation of the engineering drawings and building permits, would be removed through the administrative road.
